  4. The factory is not on a single customer orders, if your order quantity is small batch and not on a regular basis with orders, the factory does not generally to arrange production. Even if the factory can sell, their high labor leads to the total cost is higher, equivalent of the official retail price. • Is your company a formal company? Do you sign the contract？Do you provide the invoice?

  Yes. Productcustom is a formal custom gift company that was established in 2008 in Beijing, all orders will be customized contracts with customers and issue the formal invoice.

• Can customers order your goods if the order less than the minimum order quantity? Can customers get more discount if the order more than the minimum order quantity?

  Yes, we can. But different goods has different MOQ limit, More than minimum quantity with proper discount, please contact our service in details.

• How to sign a contract with the customer?

  Productcustom are in the form of an email to sign a contract with the customer, if you need the original, we can send it to you by EMS.

• When customers pay the advance payment, why do customers need to pay the advance payment?

  Customers need to pay us 50% advance payment after signing the contract. Before we delivery the goods to you, we will take goods photos to customers, and then customers to pay in full. We are according to your request to print your own LOGO,we cannot sale the goods with LOGO printing any more, so you need to pay 50% advance payment.

• What kind of file format do the customers need to provide when printing LOGO?

  To print the client's LOGO or text, in order to achieve clear printing effect, please be sure to provide the CDR or AI format vector diagram (all words should be converted into a curve) or TIF, PSD (300 dpi) precision for the bitmap file format. JPG, PDF, DOC, GIF, BMP, SWF, PNG format file is not in accordance with our printing requirements.

• Is it clear when printing LOGO？

• Can the products are made of different materials all be printed LOGO?

• Does the unit price on website contain printing, invoices and freight?

• Do you provide the product sample?

  All the pictures are taken by actural sample. If you need the actural sample before you order large number of products, you just only pay the sample and we will send you the product sample without logo, and meanwhile we will send an email to you with detail sample pictures with logo;If you don’t need the actural sample or we have no sample, we will send an email to you with detail sample pictures with logo.

• Can customers order gifts according to their own demands? How long will it take?
